Clean Energy at Edaleen Dairy

You might not know it, but more and more dairy farms are turning to new technology to generate renewable energy - courtesy of the cows. It's really cool stuff. That power is even sent into the PSE power grid. PSE-TV's Ray Lane takes us to Edaleen Dairy in Whatcom County for a look around.

The Benefits and Perks of Working at PSE

I utilized After Effects, third-party iconography, and wrote a custom sound track for a script detailing all there is to offer for working at PSE.

Puget Sound Energy offers a wide variety of benefits and perks to all its employees. Take a look.

The Adventures of Safesquatch

For this video, I collaborated with a graphic designer to bring a vector cartoon to life within After Effects.

A safety message from Safesquatch: Detect gas? Act fast! Don't use a phone, flip a switch, or do any other thing that may cause a spark. For more information, visit http://pse.com/safety/NaturalGasSafety/Pages/default.aspx

PSE's Mobile Outage App

Stay in the know while on the go with PSE's newly-released outage app. It allows customers to report power outages, view where they're happening, get estimated restoration times and see how many customers are affected. PSE customers can download it to their Apple iOS, Android and Windows smartphones and tablets from the various app stores for free.

Getting Prepared

I took existing footage and added a soundtrack and motion graphics to complete this short piece, shown at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma for a Tacoma Rainiers baseball game.

The next disaster is coming. It's only a matter of time. Have you started preparing? The first step is to do something easy and simple. PSE TV's Ray Lane shows you how to jump on that path of preparation.

Gas Worker Hailed a Hero

I shot and edited this piece together using a supplied script. I also produced the introductory music and recorded the voiceover.

Watch the story of why Gas First Responder Tom Vessey received an award from the Seattle Fire Department. Tom responded to a carbon monoxide call at a townhome, and went the extra steps to determine the leak was next door, where a couple had collapsed in the fumes.

Icy Snoqualmie Falls

Produced all aerial footage and soundtrack.

Continued sub-freezing temperatures caused Snoqualmie Falls to undergo an icy transformation. Mist from the falls froze on the surrounding rock wall, chunks of ice were floating in the water at the base of the falls, and much of the park is closed due to frozen walkways.

Explore Wild Horse

For this video, I helped with shooting and produced the soundtrack.

Spend a day hiking in the shadows of 149 wind-powered soldiers at one of Washington's largest wind farms. You've probably seen these turbines spinning on the hills outside Ellensburg while driving along I-90.
